SHUT UP AND SQUAT

This blog is made for my personal motivation and others who are interested in fitness and building muscle.

Goal: lose those couple kilos every girl complains about but never does anything about, i refuse to be one of those people anymore. If you're not prepared to work for it you don't have the right to complain about it. But i don't want skinny, i want muscle and strength, and i will get it no matter what it takes!

Toe tap



Works your calves, butt, hips, thighs, abs, and back
Stand facing a bench or chair with feet hip-width apart. Step right foot onto bench. Rise up and tap toes of left foot lightly on bench, as shown; quickly step left foot back down, touching just the ball of foot to the floor. Do 12 reps, then repeat on other side.
